I had an incredible experience here. I was leaving for a trip, and they rushed to get my car ready before I had to leave. They also were transparent about pricing, and the labor and effort was so worth it, especially when the damage was more extensive than we originally thought. I don’t know anything about cars, and I never felt taken advantage of. Most importantly, as a queer nonbinary trans person, I often feel nervous about going into places like this, and I felt safe and affirmed the whole time! They even asked how I wanted to be addressed, which I’ve never experienced at a an auto body shop. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, you should come here for anything you need! I certainly will be, and will be referring all of my friends.

I'm a new customer who came in on a very busy morning for a simple inspection. As I sat in the waiting room for the twenty minutes or so to get my car looked at, I watched Eric handle the phones and steady stream of customers with kindness and focus, despite how busy it was. It was such a pleasant surprise given, you know (motions to the world on fire). Will definitely be going back!

Eric at Precision did an outstanding job repairing the front bumper and air scoop on my 2011 Challenger R/T. From the start, he made scheduling easy and went above and beyond to source the correct OEM parts. What really impressed me was the time and care he took to perfectly match the notoriously difficult “Green With Envy” paint on a relatively rare car—he spent hours testing to get it exactly right. Throughout the process, his shop kept me regularly updated on progress and parts status, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is impeccably clean and clearly very well run. Eric’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship truly stand out. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend him.

Eric at Precision Transmission was highly recommended by multiple people on the r/Bedstuy Reddit praising his work, integrity and overall service. After years or going to shady body shops, i'm so happy to finally find a quality, trustworthy place. The shop is super clean and organized. After an accident, a previous shop had installed an after market head lamp for my Benz CLA that led to its failure. He explained thoroughly how for modern, computerized cars, using authentic OEM parts were crucial so you don't have issues like mine later where the A/M parts blew out my module. It was a super costly repair but a big lesson learned. Also LPT: Pursuant of insurance Law Section 2610, an insurance company CANNOT require that repairs be made to a motor vehicle in a particular place or repair shop. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired in the shop of your choice! Thanks for pointing this out Eric. In the future I will only being coming to Precision Transmissions!

Eric is the best and a straight-shooter. It's not often you come across an auto shop with this combination of skill, trustworthiness and value. I've had a number of things taken care of here - oil change, inspection, brakes, etc. The whole team is terrific. And after your car is serviced, you'll get a follow-up call from Eric to ask how things are with your vehicle and if you're happy with the repair. The personalized service at Precision Transmission is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.
